Cardiac Rehabilitation

Cardiac rehabilitation begins as you recover from a heart attack or heart surgery. You may come from another hospital after your surgery, but once you are home, Meeker Memorial Hospital offers Phase II programs. 

You can count on the caring staff to monitor your exercise and provide education to you three times a week for 6 to 12 weeks-close to home. Your team of nurses, dietitian, and support staff will be sure to get you on the road to recovery.

With Meeker Memorial’s team by your side, making positive lifestyle changes with your physical and emotional well-being in mind is the goal of these programs.

At Meeker Memorial, we partner with our friends at CentraCare’s Heart & Vascular Center to provide the care you need close to home.

Call our clinic in Litchfield at (320) 693-3233 or Dassel at (320) 275-4330 to schedule a referral with one of CentraCare’s heart and vascular providers.

EKG Interpretation/Stress Tests for Your Heart

Specialized heart testing helps your physician better detect heart disease. Meeker Memorial provides several diagnostic cardiac services including stress testing, echocardiogram, and nuclear imaging. 

Our specialized heart testing can be ordered by any outside provider or cardiologist and completed close to home.
