Biography

Jeff Tiahrt, PA-C, is a Certified Physician Assistant specializing in orthopedic care. He provides evaluation and treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, working closely with orthopedic surgeons to support both surgical and non-surgical patient care.

Jeff earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine in Vermillion, South Dakota, and is a Certified Physician Assistant.

He joined St. Cloud Orthopedics in 2007, where he worked closely with orthopedic surgeon Dr. Reynolds, gaining extensive experience in orthopedic injuries, joint conditions, and patient care coordination.

Prior to his career in orthopedics, Jeff served as a flight paramedic for seven years, providing emergency care for critically ill and injured patients. This experience helped shape his calm, patient-focused approach to care.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, as well as shooting guns and bows. He is also an avid CrossFit athlete who values maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle.
