What I Do…
I listen and understand, so that we can work together to develop a plan. Patients often do well when they have the information they need to make their own decisions.
My clinical interests include: caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds throughout life; treating acute conditions & chronic conditions and diseases; medication assistance treatment; supporting health in individuals, families and communities.
I’m passionate about empowering patients to take control of their health.
Why I Love My Work…
For me, Family Medicine is the most interesting and worthwhile thing to do! There is so much variety in practicing medicine, and it always changes over time. I enjoy learning and growing alongside patients, and I enjoy living in rural Minnesota.
Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I like sailing, skiing, spending time outdoors, and with my family.
Fun Fact
I was raised near in Pequot Lakes (pop. 2000) with goats and chickens.
