Shotgun Start Time: 11:00AM (registration begins at 10:00AM)
Lunch provided to all participants.

The Meeker Memorial Foundation has set a goal to match $50,000 in grant funds to create a Safe Room and Triage Area within our Emergency Department.  The Safe Room will serve as a sanctuary during times of crisis, providing a secure and calming environment for patients in need of immediate medical attention, as well as a safe space for our dedicated staff to deliver care efficiently and effectively.

Your participation, sponsorship, or donation will help us impact lives of many individuals who find themselves in moments of vulnerability and uncertainty.

Note: If you must cancel your registration, all requests must be made in writing by no later than July 15, 2024. All golfer registrations will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds after July 16, 2024.
