Note: If you must cancel your registration, all requests must be made in writing by no later than July 24, 2027. All golfer registrations will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds after July 15, 2027.

$80,000 was raised to create a healing garden at Meeker Memorial Hospital & Clinics.
A healing garden is more than a beautiful outdoor space—it’s an extension of care for patients, families, and staff. It offers a place for quiet reflection, stress relief, and emotional healing. Research shows that access to nature can reduce anxiety, improve recovery times, and support overall well-being. In a rural healthcare setting, where resources can be limited and care is deeply personal, spaces like this make a profound difference.
We look forward to creating a peaceful, accessible outdoor space for patients, families, and visitors, providing a restorative environment for staff who give so much to our community, enhancing the overall patient experience through holistic, compassionate care, and strengthening our ability to deliver high-quality care close to home.

Pediatric Stairs
Our rehab department lacks pediatric-friendly stairs, hindering therapists' ability to address children's developmental goals. Adding these stairs would enhance therapy, promote milestones, ensure safety, and benefit adult patients with specialized training.
Sanet Vision Integrator
The Sanet Vision Integrator boosts eye-hand coordination, cognition, and balance with precise data tracking. Its interactive, high-tech design supports in-clinic therapy and at-home programming, delivering measurable, motivating outcomes.
Biofeedback Machine for Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation
Our outdated biofeedback machine for pelvic floor rehabilitation is unreliable, with poor battery life and incompatibility issues. Upgrading to a modern unit will enhance feedback, patient engagement, and treatment outcomes.
Electrical Stimulation Units for Dry Needling (2 Units)
Electrical stimulation units improve dry needling by enhancing comfort and customization, optimizing patient outcomes. We request two units, one for Dassel and one for Litchfield, to ensure accessibility.
