Benefit Package available for greater than 40 hours bi-weekly.

Shifts are based on scheduling needs.

Previous experience preferred.

HOUSEKEEPING POSITION AVAILABLE:

  • Housekeeping Aide: 40 hours/pay period, M-F 6:30am-3pm with rotating holidays/weekends 6am-2:30pm.  Maintains clean work environment for the facility. 

DIETARY POSITION AVAILABLE:

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist: Benefit eligible, 64 hours/pay period, hours based on scheduling needs. Oversee the nutritional well-being of patients by providing nutritional expertise to the health care team, identifying patients at risk and initiating interventions to achieve/maintain the patient’s nutritional status. Work with dietary staff on menu planning, scheduling and day to day tasks. Previous supervisory experience preferred. BA or MA from accredited Nutrition or Dietetics. Completion of internship in a hospital offering dietitian approved by the American Dietetic Association and pass the CDR’s Registration Examination for Dietitians. Licensed by the State of Minnesota currently or upon hire. Certification in ServSafe and ability to train staff. Membership in Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics currently or upon hire.
  • Dietary Aide – casual: Casual position available to assist in kitchen/dining area. Primary hours 4-6:30pm with hours available on weekends based on need. Must be at least 16 years old.

LAB POSITION AVAILABLE:

  • Medical Lab Technician (MLT): 80 hours/pay period, benefit eligible. Day/night shift (1-week nights in 6-week schedule) and every 3rd weekend/holiday rotation; primarily hospital coverage, clinic coverage as needed. Also available – PM shift, benefit eligible position 56-80 hours/pay period. Collects, processes and analyzes patient samples as well as reports results to provide data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease.

NURSING DEPARTMENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

  • RN OB: $5000 SIGN ON BONUS available for RN with 1+ year OB/Labor Delivery experience. 48-60 hours/pay period or 60-72 hours/pay period, benefit eligible. Equally shared holidays and every third weekend, rotating shifts. Current MN RN license, BLS/ACLS required. 
  • RN MedSurg: 48-60 hours/pay period, benefit eligible positions at hospital. Equally shared holidays and every third weekend, rotating shifts. 1+ year nursing experience, previous hospital experience, Current MN RN license, BLS/ACLS required.
  • RN ER: 48-60 hours/pay period, benefit eligible position at hospital. Equally shared holidays and every third weekend, rotating shifts. 1+ year nursing experience, previous emergency and charge/supervisory  experience and current MN RN license required. Current BLS/ACLS and TNCC required or ability to acquire.
  • Chief Nursing Officer (CNO): Full time exempt position. Mainly M-F 8am-5pm, evenings/weekends as needed. Responsible for management of Nursing Services and direction oversite of hospital Nursing Service functions/activities. Current MN RN license, BSN, 5+ year’s diversified hospital clinical experience and 5+ years in nursing management role required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Inpatient and Emergency Room Nurse Manager: Full time exempt. Mainly M-F, 8am-5pm, evenings/weekends as needed. Responsible for managing nursing services personnel, supplies, and equipment for the unit.  Promotes teamwork with physicians and personnel from other departments. Current MN license with previous hospital experience preferred. BSN required, prefer MSN. 3-4 years clinical nursing experience in either critical care or labor/delivery and 2+ years progressive leadership experience. Manager experience preferred
  • Surgery Manager: Full time, exempt position, hospital day position. Performs the functions of the Nurse Manager of the Surgical Unit in assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care on a 24-hour basis in the operating room suite, central sterile, post anesthesia recovery, outpatient surgical, and endoscopy areas. Responsible for managing all nursing services personnel, supplies, and equipment for the unit.  Promotes teamwork with physicians and personnel from other departments. Current MN RN license, graduate from an accredited school of nursing, BSN or BA/BS in a health-related field and 5+ years’ operating room experience as a RN required.  Completion of a perioperative course and demonstrated charge/nurse management ability desired.
  • RN – Chemo/Oncology/Infusion/Float: 48-64 hours/pay period. Monday – Friday, based on scheduling needs.  Chemo/Oncology/Infusion experience preferred.  Responsible for providing the total nursing care given to assigned patients. Position will float as needed to other departments. ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certificate required within 3-6 months of hire; Oncology Certification (OCN) preferred.
  • CNA: 48-60 hours/pay period, benefit eligible position at hospital. Equally shared holidays and every 3rd weekend, rotating 12-hour shifts. Performs the functions of a nursing assistant under the supervision of the licensed nursing staff. Performs tasks which support and compliment the nursing care provided, adhering to all standards of nursing care and providing care in compliance with nursing policies and procedures. Previous hospital experience preferred.
  • RN Surgery: 48-64 hours bi-weekly. 8-hour day shifts, call every 4th weekend & 2-3 holidays/year.  One-year acute care and previous surgery experience preferred.  Responsible for providing the total nursing care given to assigned patients.

REHAB DEPARTMENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

  • Registered Occupational Therapist: 64 hours/pay period, benefit eligible. Provides professional evaluation, establishes a plan of care and provides treatment for individuals in inpatient and outpatient settings. Bachelors or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, graduate from an accredited OT program.

LITCHFIELD CLINIC POSITION AVAILABLE:

  • RN, LPN or CMA: 64 hours/pay period, M-F 8am-5pm, equally shared Saturdays (8am-noon), float position available. Current RN, LPN or CMA licensure/certification required.

QUALITY POSITION AVAILABLE:

  • Quality Improvement Coordinator: 64 hours/pay period, 8am-4:30pm, days based on need. Assist CQO in the coordination of organizational quality and patient safety activities. BA in nursing preferred, 5 years’ experience in acute practice setting required.

EPIC POSITION AVAILABLE:

  • EPIC Optimizer Clinical: 64 hours/pay period to fill needs of hospital/clinic for Epic training & support. Flexible schedule depending on needs, mainly days. Degree/Certification in nursing or other healthcare field. 1-3 years healthcare experience in clinical care setting. Epic certification required within 6 months of hire.

Casual positions available for RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s, Radiologic Tech, MLT,
Pharmacist and Pharmacy Tech; schedule based on department needs.
Typically 2-3 shifts every 4-6 weeks required for casual status.
