Shifts are based on scheduling needs.

$500 BONUS Available for the following positions:

  • Housekeeping Aide: 80 hours/pay period and 72 hours/pay period, M-F 6:30am-3pm with rotating holidays/weekends 6am-2:30pm. Maintains clean work environment for the facility. 

RADIOLOGY DEPARTMENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

  • Radiologic Technologist: 48 hours/pay period, benefit eligible; covering both hospital & clinic. Rotating AM & PM shifts; equally shared weekends/holidays. RT(R) required; CT experience preferred.

URGENT CARE POSITION AVAILABLE:

  • RN: 64 hours/pay period, benefit eligible; covering clinic and urgent care at hospital. One week Urgent Care noon-7pm M-F and one week four days at Clinic 8am-5pm; equally share Saturdays 8am-noon (approx. every 6-8 weeks). Current MN License required.

PHARMACY POSITION AVAILABLE:

  • Ambulatory Care Pharmacist: 80 hours/pay period, benefit eligible. M-F days, every 4th weekend coverage. Current MN license; Pharmacy Residency preferred.

CLINIC POSITION AVAILABLE:

  • Reception: 80 hours/pay period, benefit eligible. M-F 8am-5pm, every 6-8 Saturdays 8am-noon. Registers and schedules patients in person and on the phone. Customer service experience preferred; Spanish/English bilingual preferred but not required.

ADMITTING POSITION AVAILABLE:

  • Admitting Assistant: 56 hours/pay period, benefit eligible; primary shifts are days 6:30am-3pm/7am-3:30pm and PM shift 3-11pm; every 3rd weekend/holiday rotation. Registers patients upon arrival at hospital; customer service and computer skills in healthcare setting preferred.

NURSING DEPARTMENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

  • RN OB: $5000 SIGN ON BONUS available for RN with 1+ year OB/Labor Delivery experience. 48-60 hours/pay period or 60-72 hours/pay period, benefit eligible. Equally shared holidays and every third weekend, rotating shifts. Current MN RN license, BLS/ACLS required. 
  • Staff Development Coordinator: 64 hours/pay period, benefit eligible; mainly days M-F 8-4:30pm, may include some evenings and early mornings to meet responsibilities of job. Plans, organizes, and directs educational activities for nursing and other patient care departments. Establishes goals and objectives for staff development programs including orientation and continuing education. Plans and implements research activities in patient care delivery and education programs. Provides direction, support and evaluation of in-service instructors. May develop and present training programs. BA/BS degree in nursing with 5+ years’ experience as staff RN in an acute facility required; MS in nursing education preferred; education experience and program development experience highly desired.
  • RN – Med/Surg/CCU/ER: 48-60 hours/pay period, benefit eligible positions at hospital. Equally shared holidays and every third weekend, rotating shifts. 1+ year nursing experience, previous hospital experience and current MN RN license required. Current BLS/ACLS needed for all positions; TNCC required for ER position or ability to acquire. Casual positions available; not benefit eligible, schedule based on need. 60-72 hours/pay period available for Charge RN. 
  • Epic Trainer/Support/RN Float: 64-72 hours/pay period to fill needs of hospital for Epic training & support; position will float to other departments as needed. Flex schedule depending on department needs, mainly days, 8 or 12 hour shifts. Current MN RN license. Previous Epic Optimizer experience required or ability to acquire.
  • Surgery Manager: Full time, exempt position, hospital day position. Performs the functions of the Nurse Manager of the Surgical Unit in assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care on a 24-hour basis in the operating room suite, central sterile, post anesthesia recovery, outpatient surgical, and endoscopy areas. Responsible for managing all nursing services personnel, supplies, and equipment for the unit.  Promotes teamwork with physicians and personnel from other departments. Current MN RN license, graduate from an accredited school of nursing, BSN or BA/BS in a health related field and 5+ years operating room experience as a RN required.  Completion of a perioperative course and demonstrated charge/nurse management ability desired.
  • RN – Chemo/Oncology/Infusion/Float: 48-64 hours/pay period. Monday – Friday, based on scheduling needs.  Chemo/Oncology/Infusion experience preferred.  Responsible for providing the total nursing care given to assigned patients. Position will float as needed to other departments. ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certificate required within 3-6 months of hire; Oncology Certification (OCN) preferred.
  • CNA/PCA: 48-60 hours/pay period, benefit eligible position at hospital. Equally shared holidays and every 3rd weekend, rotating 12 hour shifts. Performs the functions of a nursing assistant under the supervision of the licensed nursing staff. Performs tasks which support and compliment the nursing care provided, adhering to all standards of nursing care and providing care in compliance with nursing policies and procedures. Previous hospital experience preferred.

Casual positions available for RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s, Radiologic Tech, MLT,
Pharmacist and Pharmacy Tech; schedule based on department needs.
Two shifts per month required for casual status.
