Open Positions at Meeker Memorial Hospital And Clinics

Benefit Package available for greater than 40 hours bi-weekly.

Shifts are based on scheduling needs.

Previous experience preferred.


  • Admitting Assistant: 40 hours bi-weekly, Day and PM shift, every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation, benefit eligible. Registers patients upon arrival at hospital; customer service and computer skills in healthcare setting preferred.


  • CMA/LPN/RN: 64-72 hours bi-weekly, Monday-Friday days, 8am-5pm, specific days based on need. Provides care within their scope of practice to patients in the clinic setting and coordinates the provider clinic office function as advised by physicians and advanced practice providers, under direction of the RN Supervisor. Current MN license/certification; clinic experience preferred.  


  • Registered Dietitian & Food Service Supervisor – SIGN ON BONUS available: Benefit eligible, 64 hours bi-weekly, hours based on scheduling needs. Oversee the nutritional well-being of patients by providing nutritional expertise to the health care team, identifying patients at risk and initiating interventions to achieve/maintain the patient’s nutritional status. Supervises Nutrition Department and directs dietary staff on menu planning, scheduling and day to day tasks. Previous supervisory experience preferred. BA or MA from accredited Nutrition or Dietetics. Completion of internship in a hospital offering dietitian approved by the American Dietetic Association and pass the CDR’s Registration Examination for Dietitians. Licensed by the State of MN currently or upon hire. Certification in ServSafe and ability to train staff. Membership in Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics currently or upon hire.


  • Maintenance Engineer: 80 hours bi-weekly, benefit eligible, M-F days, every 4th weekend/holiday rotation, equally shared call. Call response time is 15 minutes. Responsibilities include: test and care for low pressure boiler operation, operation/maintenance of pumps, compressors, refrigeration and electrical equipment, and general maintenance of MMHC buildings and grounds. Minnesota Boilers license, 2nd Class C Engineer License and valid MN driver license required.


  • MLT: Full time, benefit eligible, 80 hours bi-weekly, PM shift. Collects, processes and analyzes patient samples as well as reports results to provide data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease.
  • CMA: Benefit eligible, 72 hours bi-weekly, Monday-Friday days 8am-5pm; equally shared Saturday rotation. Provides lab service needs as directed at Litchfield Clinics.


  • Certified Nursing Assistant: 48-60 hours bi-weekly, benefit eligible position at hospital. Equally shared holidays and every 3rd weekend, rotating 12-hour shifts. Performs the functions of a nursing assistant under the supervision of the licensed nursing staff. Performs tasks which support and compliment the nursing care provided, adhering to all standards of nursing care and providing care in compliance with nursing policies and procedures. Previous hospital experience preferred.


  • Billing Supervisor: Full time, benefit eligible, 80 hours bi-weekly position. The Billing Supervisor will oversee and optimize the billing processes for a Critical Access Hospital and three Rural Health Clinics; responsibilities include being the subject matter expert and point of contact with our third-party billing company, lead and mentor our onsite billing team, coordinate all insurance billing activities, and assist in resolving any billing discrepancies while promoting best billing practices. Qualified applicant will have related degree in account/finance/business management, 5 years medical billing/coding, previous leadership experience. Position is remote eligible within the state of Minnesota.


  • Pharmacy Technician: Benefit eligible, part time position, 40 hours bi-weekly; day hours with days/times based on department needs between the hours of 6am-6pm. Assist Pharmacist with daily tasks. Must be registered; certification and hospital experience preferred.


  • Radiologic Technologist SIGN ON BONUS available: 64 hours bi-weekly, benefit eligible; covering both hospital & clinic. Day shift with call rotation of one night/week and shared weekends/holidays; flexible schedule with 8-, 10- or 12-hour shifts. RT(R) required or eligible within 3 months; CT experience preferred, but will train if needed. Great opportunity to obtain advanced modalities such as mammography and/or MRI.
  • Radiologic Technologist – casual position: Radiologic Technologist need for casual position to assist with department needs. Minimum requirement: one 12-hour weekend day shift + call every third weekend.


  • RN MedSurg/OB: SIGN ON BONUS available for RN with 1+ year OB/Labor Delivery experience. 48-60 hours bi-weekly or 60-72 hours bi-weekly, benefit eligible. 8 or 12 hour shifts available. Equally shared holidays and every third weekend, rotating shifts. Current MN RN license, BLS/ACLS required. 
  • RN MedSurg/ER: 48-60 hours bi-weekly, benefit eligible position at hospital. 8 or 12 hour shifts available. Equally shared holidays, every 3rd weekend, rotating shifts. Previous emergency and charge/supervisory experience preferred; current MN RN license & BLS required. Ability to acquire other certifications as required within 6 months.
  • Surgical RN: 64-72 hours bi-weekly, benefit eligible day position with equally shared call on evenings, weekends and holidays. Responsible for providing the total nursing care given to assigned patients. Current MN RN license required; previous surgical experience preferred.
  • Chemo/Infusion RN: 40-64 hours bi-weekly, benefit eligible Monday-Friday day position. Current MN RN license required; Chemo/Oncology/Infusion experience preferred. ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certificate required within 6 months of hire; Oncology Certification preferred (OCN).


  • Speech Language Pathologist: 40-64 hours bi-weekly, M-F, based on department needs. Specializes in diagnosis and treatment of speech and language problems, and engages in scientific study of human communication; communicates with patient, patient’s family and physician and contract site staff; presents in services; assists in general management of the department; and other diverse duties as requested or required. Minimum requirements include graduate of an accredited college of speech language pathology, hospital experience, and current MN license.
  • Patient Scheduler/Reception – part-time position: 40-48 hours bi-weekly, M-F, based on department needs. This position is responsible for front desk operations in the Rehab department and highly customer service driven. Qualified applicant will have administrative experience in scheduling, answering phones, insurance and work comp authorizations, and customer communication. Position is benefit eligible.


  • Registered Nurse: 60-64 hours bi-weekly, benefit eligible; covering Urgent Care & Litchfield Clinic. Urgent Care hours: M-F 7:30am-7pm, Saturdays 9am-3pm; Clinic hours: M-F 8am-5pm. Position covers every 3rd Saturday. Must have current MN RN license.

Casual positions available for RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s, Radiologic Tech, MLT and Pharmacy Tech;
schedule based on department needs.
Typically 2-3 shifts every 4-6 weeks required for casual status.
