RN – Emergency Department
RN – Med/Surg/OB
RN – Med/Surg/CCU
48-60 hours/pay period, benefit eligible positions at hospital. Equally shared holidays and every third weekend, rotating shifts. 1+ year nursing experience, previous hospital experience and current MN RN license required. Current BLS/ACLS needed for all positions, with TNCC required for Emergency position or ability to acquire.
64 hours bi-weekly, benefit eligible, hospital day position. Equally shared call on weekend/weekday/holiday. One year acute care experience and current MN RN license required. Previous surgery experience preferred. Responsible for providing the total nursing care given to assigned patients.
RN – Chemo/Infusion
64 hours/pay period, benefit eligible, Monday – Friday, based on scheduling needs. Chemo/Oncology care experience preferred. Responsible for providing the total nursing care given to assigned patients. Current MN RN license required.
32 hours/pay period, equally shared weekends and holidays on call. Current MN license. Plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases, to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability through professional evaluation and establishing a plan of care.
48-64 hours/pay period, benefit eligible. Position to start pulmonary rehab program. Tuesday & Thursday days for pulmonary rehab, remaining hours based on scheduling needs, potential on-call. Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC), BLS required; registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) within two years of hire; licensed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the State of MN or temporary RT permit required.
Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
Full time – 80 hours/pay period, and part time – 48 hours/pay period, both benefit eligible. Rotating shifts, equally shared holidays/weekends. Provides lab services as needed.
CMA/LPN – Litchfield Clinic
40 hours/pay period, benefit eligible. Current MN LPN license/CMA certificate required. M-F 8am-5pm based on scheduling needs, fill in at walk-in clinic as needed (M-F noon-7pm), Saturdays 8am-1pm equally shared.
Full time – 80 hours/pay period, benefit eligible, every 3rd weekend, equally shared holidays. Maintains clean work environment for the facility.
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Benefit eligible, 64 hours/pay period, hours based on scheduling needs. Oversee the nutritional well-being of patients by providing nutritional expertise to the health care team, identifying patients at risk and initiating interventions to achieve/maintain the patient’s nutritional status. Work with dietary staff on menu planning, scheduling and day to day tasks. Previous supervisory experience preferred. BA or MA from accredited Nutrition or Dietetics. Completion of internship in a hospital offering dietitian approved by the American Dietetic Association and pass the CDR’s Registration Examination for Dietitians. Licensed by the State of Minnesota currently or upon hire. Certification in ServSafe and ability to train staff. Membership in Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics currently or upon hire.
Accounts Payable Accountant/Data Analyst
Full time, benefit eligible, day position, hours based on scheduling needs. B.A. in accounting or finance required with 1-5 years of accounting experience preferred. Experience in MS Excel, Access and Word. Collect, prepare, process, analyze, research and balance data processed into the appropriate accounting systems; participate in and perform basic, intermediate and/or advanced accounting and analytical tasks for projects; contribute to daily accounting operational work, project teams and work groups; assist, participate and/or lead in completing special assignments, studies and analyses; performs authentication or approving, entering and verifying daily general ledger entries and ensuring all processing steps are complete and accurate; monitor and verify compliance with applicable new and existing customer accounting and billing policies, procedures and standards.
Director of Revenue Cycle
Full time, benefit eligible, exempt position, hours based on scheduling needs. The Director of Revenue Cycle provides vision and leadership for the organization’s revenue cycle functions, including planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, auditing, maintaining, and improving systems that enhance revenue capture and reimbursement while ensuring compliance and transparency; enhances and maintains a properly functioning revenue cycle process through a cross-department organizational structure; achieves annual and periodic goals for significant statistical indicators of revenue cycle performance and for the organization’s overall financial performance; demonstrates through plans and actions, that there is a consistent standard of excellence to which all departmental work is expected to conform. Directly supervises all clerical, medical transcription, technical areas, admitting and billing/collection areas. B.A. required with a minimum of 10 years healthcare management experience.
Casual positions available for RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s, and Radiologic Tech
based on department needs. Two shifts per month required for casual status.
