[MARCH 20, 2026] Meeker Memorial Hospital & Clinics is pleased to announce that Jeff Tiahrt, PA-C, will be joining its orthopedic team beginning April 1, 2026. With his addition, Meeker Memorial will expand orthopedic services and now offer on-site orthopedic care five days per week, improving access to specialized care for patients throughout the region. 

Tiahrt joins Meeker Memorial after many years with St. Cloud Orthopedics, where he began practicing in 2007. During his time there, he gained extensive experience caring for patients with a wide range of orthopedic injuries and musculoskeletal conditions, supporting both surgical and non-surgical treatment. 

Jeff earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine in Vermillion, South Dakota, and is a Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). 

Before beginning his career in orthopedics, Jeff worked as a flight paramedic for seven years, providing emergency medical care to critically ill and injured patients during air transport. His background in high-level emergency medicine contributes to the patient-focused care he provides today.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys traveling, smoking a good brisket or ribs, and spending time with family. He is also an avid CrossFit athlete who values staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
