On May 8 in Spicer, CentraCare hosted its annual La Gratitude event, celebrating the generosity of donors who transform lives through their support.

The evening honored individuals, families, and organizations whose contributions have significantly enhanced patient care and strengthened communities. Through moving testimonials and inspiring stories, the event highlighted the profound impact of philanthropy on those we serve. Deb Peterson, MD, received the Caduceus Award for her exceptional leadership and humanitarian or charitable medical contributions to the community. Nominated by peers and selected by the Caduceus Committee, this award recognizes her outstanding dedication and impact.

Holly Gulden, Vice President of CentraCare Foundation, praised the honorees as vital leaders in improving rural health. “These donors uplift CentraCare.
