Top leaders recruited and retained to fulfill the mission of Meeker Memorial Hospital & Clinics.

[LITCHFIELD, MN, OCTOBER 2, 2024] – Meeker Memorial Hospital & Clinics announces the newest additions and elevated leaders to the Meeker Memorial Hospital & Clinics team. These individuals have been carefully recruited and retained, each bringing an exceptional level of expertise, passion, and commitment to our mission of providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare to the communities we serve.  

Angie Dietel, RN, Sr. Director of Acute Services and Chief Nursing Officer 

Angie is a familiar name in our organization and community. She made the decision to return to Meeker Memorial after working at Allina Health System in Buffalo as their Patient Care Manager for 5 years. Angie brings over 30 years of healthcare leadership experience to our team and values patient safety, care and quality. Angie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University and is pursuing a Master of Nursing degree from Minnesota State University. 

Tyler Ulseth, Sr. Director of Financial Services and Chief Financial Officer 

Tyler joins us from Riverwood Healthcare Center in Aitkins where he has served as the Director of Finance for 5 years. Prior to Riverwood, he worked as a Senior Assurance Associate for RSM. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Minnesota State University and a Bachelor of Accounting from University of Minnesota Duluth. Tyler and his family will be relocating to the area and look forward to being involved in the community. 

Jayne Holmgren, Sr. Director of Outpatient Services 

Jayne has been sharing her wisdom in the Litchfield community for 33 years, joining our team at the very beginning when we were Litchfield Medical Clinic on fourth street in town. She has been a key player through each and every transition that our organization has been through. Jayne is passionate about providing a great patient experience through quality care, and enjoys contributing to the growth of Meeker Memorial to allow patients to receive care close to home. 

Suzanne Hansen, Sr. Director of Support & Ancillary Services  

Suzanne started her career at Meeker Memorial in 2000 as an Occupational Therapist, was promoted to manager, then Director of Rehab Services. Most recently, Suzanne was elevated to Director of Outpatient Services. Earlier this year, she gained additional responsibility, now leading the operations and support for our ancillary services, where she continues to make a big impact. Suzanne appreciates the growth opportunities provided to her and others at MMHC and values being an active participant in the communities MMHC serves. She holds a Master of Arts, Occupational Therapy/Therapist degree and Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Physiology from The College of St. Scholastica. 

Janae Olson, Foundation & Marketing Director 

Janae joins us in a role that hasn’t been filled for several years. She brings with her over 20 years of marketing and communications experience and has served in the healthcare space along with other industries. Janae believes in the mission of Meeker Memorial and looks forward to contributing to the organization and community. She holds a Master of Organizational Leadership from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and Bachelor of Business with a focus on Marketing from Capella University.
