Meeker Memorial Hospital welcomes a new Family Medicine Physician to our medical staff, Dr. Patricia Freund.
We are excited to welcome Patricia Freund, M.D. to the Affiliated Community Medical Clinic (ACMC) - East in Litchfield and the community. She will provide Family Medicine services. Dr. Freund is now accepting new patients. Call (320) 693-2804 for an appointment. She will work directly with ACMC's full team of healthcare providers to offer comprehensive medical care to our patients.
Family medicine emphasizes comprehensive medical care for families as a whole and as individual members, caring for patients from birth to advanced age. Medical concerns are managed through diagnosis, treatment and preventive of common illness and chronic diseases. |
